This is our fun take on the traditional nasi ulam! Lots of local fresh raw herbs! For the sauce, we’ve created a unique pesto from curry leaves and sunflower seeds- Sunny Pesto. We dye organic jasmine rice blue with homegrown organic blue pea flowers.
