❤️‍🩹When I was battling with my eating disorder & body dysmorphia several years back, and was feeling at my lowest - I wish I had the support that I needed. I only managed to find a support system many years later.

This is why I created this physical workshop and Healing Tea Time where we can gather and grow together in this chill and inspiring space at @thebreakfastclubsg!

I hope you can commit this time to be present with yourself - away from the noise we see in this media space & others who may make comments on your body.

Hello Singapore! I am so excited to announce “Mindful Beginnings” A magical end of the year half day retreat focused on all things reflection & Intention.

If you have been looking to begin your personal journey or simply want to deepen your practice but don’t know where to begin. This is the perfect place and time to do so - this half day retreat will offer you the space to reconnect within, to reflect on the past year and set intentions for the coming year.

When we reflect and set intentions it helps us live a more mindful and meaningful life, and also offers more joy, peace, clarity, gratitude and overall well-being!Come join us for this meaningful half-day retreat, where you will have the opportunity to reconnect within & with other like minded souls, to reflect on the past year and set intentions for the coming year, while nourishing your mind, body, and soul.
